*YIN YOGA (FROM YIN/YANG IN ANCIENT CHINESE MEDICINE) IS THE OPPOSITE OF THE YANG PRACTICE OF BIKRAM. YIN CONSISTS OF POSTURES THAT ARE HELD FOR 2 TO 5 MINUTES. USING BREATH WORK TO DEEPEN THE STRETCH OVER TIME. THIS YOGA WILL MASSAGE AND OPEN THE FASCIA OF YOUR BODY PROMISING INCREASED RANGE OF MOTION OF YOUR JOINTS AND CREATING FLEXIBILITY YOU NEVER THOUGHT YOU'D HAVE AGAIN.
